Enrollment Technology


Accelerated Benefits has access to enrollment technology available at wholesale pricing. Our systems allow employees to access their own benefit portal 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year. With different platforms designed for different clients, based on size and needs, employees have the option of enrolling in benefits one-on-one with a benefits counselor, telephonically, or in an online environment. Extensive reporting capabilities within these systems allow us to create client specific communication outreach schedules based on participation levels, coverage lines selected, and activity at various locations.

Platforms integrate directly with HR systems, and allow employees to make changes to their benefits at open enrollment, as a new hire, or after a qualifying event. These changes, once approved by management, will overwrite payroll and other HR systems, if desired, to eliminate the need for manual updates and changes. The system communicates updates to insurance carrier eligibility and billing thus greatly simplifying this process.
